Indiewire named the episode of "The Boys" Shana directed "One of the Best 19 Episodes of 2024" Producer/Director Shana Stein recently added several premium streaming series, across multiple genres, to her prolific resume. She directed multiple episodes of "The Lincoln Lawyer" for Netflix and "Jack Ryan" for Amazon. Shana directed "The Boys" as well as The Boys spinoff, "Gen-V," both for Amazon; The season and series finale and multiple episodes of Western "Joe Pickett" for Paramount+ and the upcoming she has the new horror comedy series "Hysteria!" for Peacok. She also directed the thriller "The Watchful Eye" for Freeform. Previously, Shana completed an incredible run as Executive Producer and Director of multiple seasons of all four series in the immensely successful "Power" franchise on Starz. During her tenure, Shana worked for six seasons as EP and director across "Power", "Ghost", "Raising Kanan" and "Force" In film, Shana produced "Hell Ride", Executive Produced by Quentin Tarantino, and Independent Spirit Award nominated film, "Restaurant" starring Adrien Brody and Lauryn Hill. Shana began her career producing music videos, and also served as Director of Development for Anonymous Content. She earned her BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and her MFA from The American Film Institute.
