During the DC Comics crossover Absolute Power, Amanda Waller made the world think heroes were committing crimes worldwide. Then, her Task Force VII stole powers from heroes and villains across Earth Prime and kept them for themselves. To make things worse, Waller was helped by Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) and Batman’s android, Failsafe. Of course, the heroes eventually fought back.
