Granddaughter of Herbert Standing.
Niece of Wyndham Standing, Guy Standing and Percy Standing.
March 1929 Trade Paper articles announced that Joan Standing had been signed for a role in the forthcoming Tiffany-Stahl Picture "Midway". Eventually she was replaced and did not appear in the film.
Cousin of Kay Hammond.
