- James Sobol Kelly is a screen and stage actor known for Jack Ryan (2018), Florence Foster Jenkins (2016), FBI: International (2021), and The Crown (2016). Born in Chicago, he is the sixth of seven children and is of Irish and Croatian ancestry. Kelly trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, and first came to attention when he appeared as Oscar Isaac's shadowy FBI handler in the 2014 film Two Faces of January (2014).
