Also an acclaimed teacher of many Greek directors in Likourgos Stavrakos' Film and Television School as well as of actors and actresses in Drama Schools.

Was the personal choice of the great actress and international movie star Katina Paxinou for the direction of To nisi tis Afroditis (1965) (i.e. "Aphrodite's Island"), the only film she played in her native Greek language.
