Edit
  • Trivia
In the late 1960s, he founded a publishing house, Lorrimer Press, devoted to the publication of film scripts. These were sometimes the actual scripts and sometimes transliterations of what was to be seen on the screen - in the case of "The Third Man", he published, in the same volume, both the original screenplay that Graham Greene had written and a scene-by-scene account of what is actually on-screen, to demonstrate how far a script can be changed in the process of being turned into a film.
