- Has two daughters: Zoya Kaydanovskaya (b. November 5, 1976) with ex-husband Aleksandr Kaydanovskiy; Mariya Eshpay (b. January 19, 1986) with husband Andrey Eshpay.
- (February 10, 2020) She is battling lung cancer for the last 12 years. As a result of the disease, one of her lungs was removed during a surgery in Germany.
- Has two grandchildren - Aleksey Zakharov (b. 2000) and Varvara Zakharova (b. 2010) - through her daughter Zoya Kaydanovskaya and her husband Aleksey Zakharov.
