Rumor: Young Avengers’ Leads Revealed As Some Venomous Spider-man 4 Plot Spoilers Find Their Way Online
Image
With the San Diego Comic-Con and D23 fast approaching, it surely won't be too much longer until we get a long-overdue slate update from Marvel Studios.

Some changes are bound to have been made following a return to quality over quantity and there are still big gaps in the Multiverse Saga which need to be filled.

It's looking like Young Avengers will be one of those projects and, according to scooper @MyTimeToShineH, that will be led by Hailee Steinfeld's Kate Bishop/Hawkeye and Iman Vellani's Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel. The Marvels' post-credits scene set the stage for them to take charge of the team, so we're not exactly shocked.

As for who will join them, your guess is as good as ours...there are plenty of potential candidates, though.

Next up is Spider-Man 4. Earlier today, we told you that Venom is expected to play a minor role in the movie.

Across the Spider-Verse Concept Art Reveals Scrapped Doc Ock, Big Wheel Cameos
Image
A collection of new concept art created for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse reveals a wealth of villains that ultimately didn't make it into the film.

Shared to Twitter by artist Kris Anka, the pieces include reimagined designs for classic villains such as The Shocker, The Beetle and Mysterio. Diehard Spidey fans will also recognize a mechanized take on the obscure Big Wheel, a villain who commits crimes within a gigantic (and deadly) wheel. Dr. Actual Octopus is a comedic take on one of Peter Parker's nemeses, giving a real octopus mechanical arms and a pair of goggles. It's currently unknown why these characters didn't make it into Across the Spider-Verse.

Sony's Spider-Man Villain Slate Is Inferior Until It Includes Superior Foes
Image
Following the massive success of "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" and Tom Holland's portrayal of the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Peter Parker's wall-crawling superhero is more popular than ever. Although, if you're confused by Sony Pictures' approach to their Spider-Man movies, you're not alone. On one hand, True Believers around the world can hardly wait for "Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse" to finally hit theaters next year. On the other hand, every live-action project that gets announced by the studio is just getting weirder and weirder, and we're not even talking about the Madame Web movie that appears to follow the younger years of the elderly spider-hero that most fans remember from the 1990s "Spider-Man: The Animated Series." Instead, it's all of these works that put various members of the friendly neighborhood web-slinger's rogues gallery front and center.

Regardless of how one may feel about the Tom Hardy movies,...

Dead Trigger Trailer: Dolph Lundgren Destroys All Zombies
Saban Films has just unleashed the trailer and the poster for Dolph Lundgren shoots thousands of zombies in the undead face flick Dead Trigger. The zombie-action motion picture will be receiving a theatrical and VOD release this May and begins when a mysterious virus kills billions and turns many others into bloodthirsty zombies. From there it's up to once upon a time Frank Castle himself, Captain Walker (Lundgren) to lead an elite team to destroy these undead freaks and save the world.

For those of you out there that might not know, Dead Trigger is based on a zombie-themed first-person survival horror mobile game of the same name developed and first published by Madfinger Games in June 2012 for iOS and Android mobile devices. The game is single-player only. Dead Trigger has over 23 million downloads, on all platforms, and a sequel, fittingly called Dead Trigger 2, was released in 2013. The first-person shooter...

WWE: 20 Best Entrance Themes By Popular Artists
flickr

A theme can be a wrestler or show’s very identity. It is the very first impression made on fans in most cases and the right theme can create a frenzy thousands strong with a single note or sound effect. WWE in-house musician Jim Johnston has done a beyond admirable job of writing, composing and recording themes for a vast majority of superstars over the years, but sometimes wrestling reaches out to mainstream musicians to make a theme song for a wrestler.

When that happens the result is something that makes both wrestling fans and fans of the band making the theme pay attention as the song is wildly popular. There are also cases where wrestlers will take an already popular song and make it their own, sometimes even breathing new life and popularity into the song and introducing the recording artist to a new audience. Other times, the...

At its zenith, Master P's No Limit Records was cranking out albums like a factory and collecting plaques that matched the gold and platinum tanks that dangled from P's chains. His business plan was simple, succinct and, to some, foolish.

These days, however, P is hailed as a pioneer for his decision to flood the market — beginning in the early 1990s — with a steady stream of his own albums, as well as projects by Tru, Mia X and a bevy of New Orleans talent. His business acumen helped pave the way for Cash Money, Young Money, Grand Hustle and a host of Southern labels.

For his groundbreaking impact, P will be among those feted...
