    • David Sherwin was born on February 24, 1942 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, UK. He was a writer and actor, known for If.... (1968), Britannia Hospital (1982) and Le Meilleur des mondes possible ! (1973). He was married to Monika Hayden and Gay Conolly. He died on January 8, 2018 in the UK.
