The death toll from late Wednesday's massacre in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, has been upped to six after it was learned that one of the victims was eight months pregnant, a spokeswoman for Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala, Jr. tells People. The spokeswoman describes the backyard cookout shootings as "an ambush-style attack."
