- Gustav Adolf Semler was born on March 14, 1885 in Germany. He was an actor, known for Der Geigerkönig (1923), Alraune, die Henkerstochter, genannt die rote Hanne (1918) and Die Schreckensnacht im Hause Clarque (1921). He died on February 24, 1968 in Berlin, Germany.
- When he went to Berlin to the Trianon theater in 1918 he also joined the film business.
