  • Beautiful revue and cabaret singer of the 1930's who began in films by dubbing for Pola Negri. She was subsequently cast as a supporting actress in several feature films, though her contribution usually amounted to little more than musical interludes. She is best remembered for several popular songs of the period, including "Nachts, ging das Telefon" (by Willi Kollo) and "Schön war die Zeit" (by Peter Kreuder).
  • In the years after 1935 came few more movies into being, but she still gave her special attention to the vocal career.
  • The actress and singer Hilde Seipp had her first contact with the film business when she gave her voice to Pola Negri for the singing parts in "Mazurka" (1935).
