Andrew Secombe is a Welsh actor and author from Mumbles, South Wales who is widely known for providing the voice of Watto from the Star Wars franchise. He voiced Watto in the first two prequel trilogy films, cartoons and video games since 1999. He also acted in The Legend of Robin Hood, Killing Eve and Star Cops.

This was a 50th Anniversary tribute to the Goon Show using a script combining updated excerpts from 1950s shows and "Son of Ned" is Neddie Seagoon to all intents and purposes.
