The Los Angeles premiere was at TCL Chinese Theatre, Hollywood, with The Micheaux Film Festival. The film was selected twice to screen with Pan African Film Festival, including their retrospective of Best Films. It was also a favorite at other Oscar and BAFTA qualifying Film Festivals. Theatre trained in London and Sydney, Anna's first acting roles were on Television and Film in Australia working with legendary actors: Jack Thompson, Bill Hunter, Chris Heywood and esteemed directors such as Phillip Noyce and Ken Cameron. At the same time Anna obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Sociology (Uni of NSW) and Fine Arts (Sydney University). Anna was also the well known face of the Colgate commercials and other Clio Award winning commercials. This was followed by lead roles on stage throughout Britain as well as in NY and LA along with film and TV roles. Anna is the recipient of the Platinum Award, First Place, at the BAFTA Los Angeles Members' Short Film Festival for her film, 'Chasing Chekhov', (writer-producer-star), based on her play.
