- Designed all the T-shirts his character "Howling Mad" Murdock wore on L'agence tous risques (1983) and called it his consistent contribution to the series.
- Dwight Schultz was cast in the recurring role of Reginald Barclay as the result of co-starring with Whoopi Goldberg in the movie La liberté au bout du chemin (1990). While working on the movie, Schultz asked Goldberg to pass on his request to make an appearance on Star Trek: La nouvelle génération (1987).
