Peter Schoenaerts

Peter schoenaerts speaks five languages, has performed in over 30 theatrical productions and approximately 20 TV and film productions, and was a series regular in a popular Flemish cop show for 10 seasons, including two TV specials and three films. Schoenaerts trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, focusing on Meisner technique. His favorite acting teachers include Don Fellows (London) and Barbara Rubin (New York). Recently, Schoenaerts performed alongside Ben Miller in the ITV series Professor T, worked with Crispin Glover and Sunnyi Melles on the Dutch film Mr K, and is currently involved in two theatrical productions in Belgium. He enjoys playing character types as lawyer, priest, journalist, teacher or doctor. Schoenaerts speaks Dutch (native), English, French, Spanish and German. He looks forward to bringing not only his language skills but also his good comedic timing to international co-productions in the coming years.
