Eleanor P. Schira was born on November 9, 1925 in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, USA. She is the daughter of the late Claudio and Rose (Guido) Delmonte. She was a student graduate of Shamokin High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, baking and making ceramics. She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading. She passed away at the age of 81 on February 27, 2007 in West Reading, Pennsylvania, USA.
