Nikolai Sadkovich was born on 21 January 1907 in Orsha, Mogilev Governorate, Russian Empire [now Vitebsk Voblast, Belarus]. She was a director and writer, known for Schastlivyye koltsa (1929), Pesn o pervoy devushke (1930) and Mayskaya noch (1938). She died on 16 August 1968.
