Sharlène Royer is a Canadian actress, stunt performer, and creative professional with a career spanning decades. Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, she entered the film industry at a young age, building a foundation for a diverse career in performance and production.
Sharlène began as a dancer before expanding into modeling, television commercials, music videos, and acting. She played lead roles in French Canadian TV series such as Le 7e Round and Le Gentleman. Her stunt work has earned recognition, including a SAG Award for Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Television Series for Shogun (2024), a Leo Award for Best Stunt Coordination in a Motion Picture or Dramatic Series for Tracker (Season 1, 2024), and a UBCP/ACTRA Award for Best Stunt Performance for Tracker (2024). She has also worked as a stunt coordinator and assistant stunt coordinator and served as a stunt double for Halle Berry for 20 years (2003-2023).
Outside of performance, Sharlène debuted as an executive and creative producer, marking a new phase in her career. She briefly studied Visual Art & Communications in Montreal but focused on her career and raising her two daughters as a single mother.
