  • Trivia
In addition to her career as an actress, she was also a singer and lyricist. In 1959, she recorded an album of love songs, Después de media noche..., for the Mexican RCA Victor label. In the late 1960s, she wrote the lyrics to the Top 10 hit "El despertar", a song with music by her then-husband Rubén Fuentes.
  • Quotes
At one point I decided to sing and I think I did not do so badly, since I recorded for RCA Victor. But I think I had more success as a composer because, of the 20 songs that I have, there were several hits, such as "El despertar".
