    • A multi-faceted character actor that constantly sharpens his craft. Recent success include Starring in "This Way Up" the AFI/Jeremy Cloe film which received the Academy Award for Best Student Narrative Short.

      Charley attended Edgewood High School, University of La Verne and Whittier College. ASB President and a gifted athlete he competed in Football and Rugby thru College and had a cup of coffee in the professional ranks. Charley also studied on World Campus Afloat exploring the world while studying. One of his teachers at Whittier College School of Law was TMZ's Harvey Levin. Charley Graduated with BA and Juris Doctorate Degrees and passed the California Bar. A successful Lawyer and Civil Litigator, with a short stint in the Public Defenders Office.He has 2 sons Bubby Rossman a pitcher drafted in 2014 by the Los Angeles Dodgers and Spencer a recent Graduate of the University of Oregon.

      His acting career began in 1992 with a string of Action and Comedic Roles as well as doing the High Fall into wood planks, 5 times a day as part of the Universal Studios Stunt Team. Charley showed his comedic talent's in such films as Superbad the #1 Box Office smash, with the catch phrase "Don't do it, kid" . He initially gained exposure in the soaps including Port Charles in his role as the city's mayor. He is known for playing a diverse group of characters including Detectives and tough but lovable authority figures as in Curb Your Enthusiasm, CSI (recurring five episodes) and The TICK. He also has teamed in Multiple projects with Writer/Director Lee Citron including Student Emmy winning 'Martian American.'

      Films he has starred in have had great success on the Festival circuit winning multiple nominations including the Windrider and the 2020 Tribeca Film Festival nominated "Egg" .for the years Best Comedy Short. In 2017 Tribeca also nominated "The Suitcase" for Best Short.
