Biography

Bob Rogers is a producer of short animated films and short live action films that play in special venue theaters all over the world.

As a director/producer he has been nominated two times for Oscars in the Live Action Short category (Rainbow War and Ballet Robotique.). As producer (with three others) and host, he was nominated for a local area Emmy Award (The Wedge, Dynasty, Tragedy, Legacy.). He is also Chairman of BRC Imagination Arts - creating corporate branding centers, cultural attractions, museums and world's fair pavilions for clients such as Ford, NASA, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Heineken, Jameson, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum and more.

He was elected to the Board of Governors (the Board of Directors) of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (The Oscars). Rogers is also a former Board Member of Ryman Arts, providing scholarships for young artists.

He was invited to help NASA develop its master plan for the exploration of Mars. In September 2002, Bob was awarded the NASA Public Service Medal.

Bob's first job in entertainment was in 1968 - magician in the magic shop in Disneyland.
