Daniel Louis Rivas

Daniel Louis Rivas was born and raised in New York City. A multimedia performer since he was a child, his first speaking role was opposite Gary Oldman in the classic film Sid & Nancy (1986). Rivas has appeared in the films High Rollers (2025), Cherry (2010), Adrenaline (2003), Shackles (2005), College attitude (1999), and Altamont Now (2008). His first feature as a producer and lead actor, Junkie (2012), was distributed by Gunpowder & Sky and Federgreen Entertainment/IndieCan Entertainment. His TV credits include a recurring role on New York Undercover (1994) (Fox), Hand of God (2014) (Amazon), Rizzoli & Isles: Autopsie d'un meurtre (2010) (TNT), American Crime (2015) (ABC), The It Factor: Los Angeles (2003) (Bravo), and as fan-favorite recurring character Kyle Davis on NCIS : Enquêtes spéciales (2003) (CBS). Aside from movies and television, he is also a writer and artist. His paintings have been in solo and group art shows in New York, Los Angeles, and Amsterdam.
