Daniel Raymont
- Actor
Daniel Raymont is a chameleonic performer whose sharply observed impersonations have fooled nearly everyone he's encountered. His work is a reflection of his culturally eclectic upbringing: born in New York, raised by a Texan mother and a Germanic-Argentine father in Mexico and Washington, D.C., with later stints in London, Maine, Boston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. He splits his time between New York City and Mexico City.
His film credits include Los Enfermos, Ocote, The Sentry, Biggest Fan, Killing of a Nation, Que Viva Mexico, Welcome Al Norte, Rough Night, Middleground, The Babymoon, The Angriest Man in Brooklyn, Lucky Number, The Truth About Lies, Instructions Not Included (No Se Aceptan Devoluciones), The Good Heart, Second City's BuzzKill, and Bride Wars.
On television, Daniel has appeared in They Came at Night, The Mosquito Coast, 40 y 20, Parientes a la Fuerza, Lord of the Skies, Run Coyote Run (three seasons), Bull, and three seasons playing different characters on Nickelodeon's The Naked Brothers Band.
His theatrical work includes the critically praised solo show The Store, inspired by his ten years at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills. Playing seven characters in 30 minutes, the show is a hilarious tale of fashion, commerce, and revolution, spiced with Daniel's signature wit. It is currently in development as a comedic television series.
Daniel has also appeared in numerous television commercials, including spots for AT&T, Tidy Cats, Heineken, Jose Cuervo, and Burger King-most memorably as the flamboyant German/Dutch fashion designer, Ugoff.
