Philip Rapp was an award-winning writer, director and producer, and the man behind the popular and long-running radio series "The Battling Bickersons". He also created the Baby Snooks character for Fanny Brice of the Ziegfeld Follies. He wrote six movies for Danny Kaye and directed and produced TV series, including Topper (1953), from 1953 to 1955.
