- Ben Ramakers was born on November 25, 1953 in Hoensbroek, Limburg, Netherlands. He was an actor, known for Secrets d'héritage (2002), Unit 13 (1996) and Lek (2000). He died on November 2, 2023 in On set of the movie Elixir.
- Ramakers started his career at the Theater Academy in Maastricht and appeared on stage for decades.
- Ramakers starred in dozens of Dutch films and series.
- The actor died of natural causes on the set of NTR-BNNVARA series Elixir . Ramakers had shot almost all of his scenes, so his death has no influence on the conclusion of the series. It is not yet ( November 2023) known when Elixir will be released.
- He also appeared as pharaoh in the hit musical Aida (2001).
- He played a lot with Orkater, Theater Nomade and Het Nationale Toneel in The Hague.
