Readers may recollect that his production company, Divya International's main business was to create and develop films in Hindi and regional languages with a social message, which are commercially viable and backed by good scripts and music. Film industry folks will always remember this man as the man who was responsible for giving break to names like Adesh Shrivastav (music director), Sukhwinder Singh (singer), fight masters Shyam Kaushal and Chettah Yagnesh Shetty, choreographers B.H. Tarun Kumar, Rekha Chinni Prakash, Reema Rakesh Nath (writer) and Kabirlal (cinematographer).
