The most obscure Saturday Night Live cast members aren’t necessarily the ones with the least amount of screen time. For example, one comic lasted a single episode as a featured player back in 1981, but can we really call Tony- and Emmy Award-winning actress Laurie Metcalf obscure? On the other hand, it’s highly unlikely that you’ll recognize these eight forgotten SNL cast members, regardless of how many times they appeared on the show.
