Played daughter to real-life mother Joanne Woodward in De l'influence des rayons gamma sur le comportement des marguerites (1972) as well as Joanne Woodward's character as a child in Rachel, Rachel (1968).

Daughter of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward

Was cast in the role of Addie Pray in La barbe à papa (1973), with her real father, Paul Newman, cast as her on-screen father, but both dropped out of the cast when a new director was chosen for the project.

First met her husband, Welshman Gary Irving, in a surfboard shop in California. He was an employee there and she bought a surfboard from him. They later married in Swansea, Wales (United Kingdom), where Irving had been raised.

Running Newman's Own Organics

As of December 2014 she no longer runs Newman's Own organics and the licensing agreement to use the family name and Paul's likeness ran out.
