Marléne Pieterse

Marléne Pieterse is a well-known theatre personality in Port Elizabeth.
She has been an active director of stage productions for the last 25
years and has acted, danced and sung in many shows since the age of
seven. As a Speech and Drama teacher, many students have been and are
still being trained by her. At present she is conducting classes at her
STAGEWORLD studio. She has compiled and presented many workshops on
various aspects of drama. Marléne was also the director for the last
production presented by UPE Cultura which was Athol Fugrad's "Hello and
Goodbye". From the programme of UPE Cultura's production of "People Are
Living There"(1998).
