Kung Fu is getting rebooted as a feature film.
Per Deadline, it's been announced that a Kung Fu movie is in development, based upon the original TV series of the same name. The film will star Donnie Yen, one of Hong Kong's biggest action stars who has also appeared in movies like Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Disney's live-action Mulan, the IP Man movies, and last year's John Wick: Chapter 4. The film is being eyed by David Leitch to direct with the screenplay coming from Stephen Chin.
