    • Géza Pártos was born on January 6, 1917 in Budapest, Hungary. He was a director and actor, known for Hüség (1964), Kocsonya Mihály házassága (1965) and Családi tüzhely (1968). He was married to Lamberger, Judit and Judit Zsolnai. He died on August 30, 2003.

  • Son Gabriel is a BBC World Service journalist, daughter Eszter Nordin a film and TV director.
  • Often harrassed by the authorities because of his refusal to join the Communist party, he took the opportunity of the "thaw" to defect to the UK in 1969. He returned to Hungary in 1995
  • Best known as a theatre director. After surviving the second World War and the Shoah, he became principal director of the Madach repertory theatre, Budapest.
