Vlas Parlapanides is a WGA Award-nominated writer. Born and raised in New Jersey, he graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Economics and a minor in Communications. He began his professional career on Wall Street at Oppenheimer & Co. before shifting his focus to the arts, studying for two years under renowned Sanford Meisner disciple William Esper in New York. Of Greek, Ashkenazi Jewish, and Italian heritage, he was raised in the Greek Orthodox faith. His full name is Vlasis Wally Parlapanides.
