Deb was born and raised in Hawaii. Following her graduation from the Punahou School, she attended the University of Hawaii. She was a member of both the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists for over 40 years. Her numerous film credits include Uncommon Valor, Rat Race, and Metro. On the set of Metro in San Francisco she met her partner of 19 years, Bo Gray. Her television credits include Tour of Duty, China Beach, General Hospital, as well as multiple episodes of Magnum PI and Hawaii 5-0. She also worked on Breaking Bad in New Mexico. Her theater credits include Rashomon, Sydney Follies, and Paradise Found. She toured with the stage play Hair and was the dance captain. A woman of many interests, Deb loved to read, ride horses, and all types of dancing. She sang and danced with the USO in the early 1970s.
