David Noy is a Canadian-Israeli Producer, Director, and Screenwriter.
He is a founding partner in Cinemax Productions Ltd., a company focusing on the production
of Documentary and Drama Films and TV series, working with all major Broadcasters and
film foundations in Israel. He also serves as Head of the Film Dept. at "Minshar for Art" College.
