Andrew Noble
A multimedia animated documentary based on audio recordings made over the phone with asylum seekers in indefinite detention in the UK. Mixing satire with dark and traumatic imagery, 1000 Voices eschews sentimentality and instead plunges us into an intense and visceral audiovisual experience.
