Daughter Skylar Neil (aka Skylar Lynnae Neil) (b. 3/26/1991 - d. 8/15/1995) with 2nd wife, Sharise Neil (aka Sharise Ruddell).

Started the Skylar Neil Memorial Golf Tournaments to benefit child cancer research with the T. J. Martell and Neil Bogart foundations for cancer research. He started the Skylar Neil Memorial Golf Tournaments after his 4- year-old daughter, Skylar Neil (aka Skylar Lynnae Neil), died of stomach cancer on August 15, 1995.

Son, Neil was born in Oct. 3 1978 when Vince was 17. (mother is not Beth)
