Weston Mueller(I)
- Actor
- Producer
- Executive
Weston grew up performing as an acrobat before the age of 5 and started playing the violin at age 4.
Also performed in music competitions like America Sings at age of 8 doing solos and duets.
By 5th Grade he choreographed sign & sung version of "Heal The World" by Michael Jackson.
The innovative adaptation of the song in the lineup performed by the school choir paired with skillful direction of the choir that year helped them win and advance to regionals.
The violin along with operatic breathing techniques, intensive speech therapy helped him overcome communication and hearing difficulties. The controversial approach must have worked well as he was signed to CESD for VO in commercial, animation, looping/ADR dept as well as on-cam across the board exclusively at age 13.
Weston grew from acrobatics & singing to singing, acting, dancing and more in a TVshow/Hip-Hop group called THC.
While in the group, Weston starred in the triple Regional Emmy Award winning TV Special for PBS and also collaborated to write and create Lyrics, Music for the live performances and for THC's TV Movie for PBS called "Doin' It Right".
He recorded several CDs and went on tours from the age of 13 to 21.
An after school program was generated from the TV series and songs of the group that replaced the programs that got cut by the presidential administration. The members of the group worked to mentor and teach the songs and dances to the after school program attendees as well as helping them write their own songs.
It became a resounding success teaching kids they can get into music and ent industry. Also how fun creating music, sketches, choreography and freestyle dance can be.
The deeper goal was helping k-12 students stay off the streets to avoid being alone until their parents return from work.
This helped preserve the coordinated effort it took to reduce gang violence in Chicago during the 80s.
The after school program also helped in protecting students from being used by criminal orgs to run things & perform tasks that law enforcement struggled to interfere with as it involved kids.
Many likely didn't realize the immediate danger and/or path that can lead down.
Making his feature film debut at age 16 in the movie "Crush" a festival winner worldwide even winning in additional categories over larger films, went on to box office success at art house theaters, DVD & cult following. Some of the magazine and newspaper pictorial and editorial spreads felt exploitative to him considering his young age and stalkers did follow.
Leading Weston to fight for his safety, privacy and innocence by having much of the newly created online publishing of hard copy publications, misprinted/misquoting articles from major & reputable publications along with the pictorials pulled for inaccurately labeling or including them with adult or explicit content.
Stage parents of other actors (taking advantage of the false narrative), agents and even casting through exec prods in the industry were beginning to make inappropriate comments and actions during producer sessions.
Until he confronted the misprints & rumors by stage parents to producers; with no stage parents of his own he had to fix what was happening vrs being mislabeled as an adult film star while a teen.
He is very proud of that film as it's one of the first films that is appropriate for schools to discuss topics of curiosity with youth groups and schools etc.
Many LGBT genre films in the '90s were rated R or NC-17 ,despite the actual content.
By the end of 1999 Weston went on to appear in his guest-starring role opposite Joan Cusack on ABC's "What About Joan". He ended up returning as a recurring role on the sitcom's second season.
Weston now works and plays in film, music and art of all kinds. Preferring edgy roles in theatrical releases and TV shows.
His creative projects with his long time husband and business partner allowed them to help collaborate with video game and live-streaming partners as pioneers in the AR, VR & immersive tech for games, apps, sites, productions of all kinds and consoles/platforms starting as early 2010.
Gabriel and Weston also made several innovative solutions to allow for film production and music recording sessions to continue during Covid, adapting their Eco powered soundstage & orchestral recording booth original proof of concept which not only could run from multiple eco energy sources but transfer lossless energy. Allowing the systems and studios to generate more power than required by net zero. Endearingly termed Net Zero ++ as they allow for energy sales and storage.
