- (1961) Manmohan arrived from Gujarat to become a film producer. He got in touch with director R.K.Nayyar and writer's Rajinder Krishan and Agha Jani Kashmiri. All of them started production of a film titled Ek Gunah Aur Sahi with Joy Mukherjee in the lead with music by O.P. Nayyar. For unknown reason's 1 song was recorded and the film could not progress any further. Manmohan had lost all his money he arrived with in Bombay. He decided to become a actor to survive.
