Directed by Ben Mole, the film follows an infamous former spy catcher who must work with his estranged daughter to avert a homeland security bloodbath and survive a terrifying home invasion. Producer Jonathan Sothcott of Shogun Films commented: “It was great to work with Nick again; he’s a superb actor and this is his third movie for us. Roger Moore’s son: There can’t be a female Bond
Image
As the hunt for the next James Bond continues, many have weighed in with their dream casting, with names like Idris Elba, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Paul Mescal circling the role. For some, the role is overdue to be given to somebody other than a white British dude. But what about a female Bond? Well, the idea has been shot down across the board, most recently by the son of the franchise’s most consistent 007.

In a new interview, Roger Moore’s son, Geoffrey, suggested he’s not actively against a woman playing a vital role in the franchise but that it would be impossible for there to be a female Bond, saying the code number is assigned only to James himself. “Then it’s no longer James Bond,” and thus no longer a James Bond movie. “I mean, she could be 006, 008, or 009…Maybe there will be a ‘From the filmmakers...

Former Bond Actor's Son Open To Female-Led Movie (But Not As 007)
Image
Having already shut down an American in the part, late James Bond actor Roger Moore's son Geoffrey "Jaffa" Moore is weighing in on a female-led movie. Based on the works of Ian Fleming, the James Bond franchise has captivated audiences ever since Sean Connery first appeared in 1962’s Dr. No. With the search now on for the next actor to lead the franchise, some pundits have argued that a gender-swapped Bond could further modernize the series. Several years back, X-Files star Gillian Anderson even threw her hat in the ring as a possible candidate.

In a recent interview with Express, Geoffrey Moore has provided his thoughts on the matter. While he argued that the role of Fleming’s Bond should always be a male character, the son of late Bond actor Roger Moore did suggest that there may be room for a female-led franchise spinoff as long as it's not that of 007,...

Satirical Documentary 'And the Winner Isn't' Goes to K Street Pictures
And the Winner Isn't (2017)
Charles Agron’s K Street Pictures has acquired worldwide rights to the satirical documentary And The Winner Isn't, directed by Nik Panic.

Produced by Geoffrey Moore and his daughter Ambra, the son and granddaughter of James Bond star Roger Moore, And the Winner Isn't follows the two producers as they track down celebrities and industry insiders to find out what it takes to become an Academy Award winner.

The doc is designed to promote the song, “U.N.I. (You and I),” which Geoffrey Moore composed for the film and which has been submitted for Oscar consideration.

The documentary features interviews with Michael Caine, J.J. Abrams, Alessandra Ambrosio, Ed...

An ill-conceived effort to promote a "We Are the World"-style charity song leads to an even dicier film project in And the Winner Isn't, Nic Panic's documentary starring Geoffrey Moore, aging son of the late actor Roger Moore. An amateur songwriter who hopes to attract celebrities to appear in a video for his tune, Moore brings his daughter to Los Angeles and grows weirdly (which is not to say entertainingly) obsessed with earning an Oscar nomination for the ditty. The title is hardly a spoiler for this film, whose occasional small flashes of self-mockery will be little enticement at the...
