      Thomas Reggie(1963 - April 4, 1987) (her death)
      Henry Kuttner(June 7, 1940 - February 4, 1958) (his death)

Trivia

  • Her writing output slowed considerably after the death of her first husband, Henry Kuttner. When she remarried in 1963, it ceased altogether.
  • Moore used her initials professionally because at the time of her entry as a science fiction author (1933), the field had little room for women authors. The "Lawrence O'Donnell" pseudonym was the one Moore used most often when writing alone and not using her "real" name. Lewis Padgett and C.H. Liddell were used in collaboration with her husband, Henry Kuttner. A handful of collaborations were published under the O'Donnell name and about a same number as "Henry Kuttner & C.L. Moore".
  • Met her future husband, Henry Kuttner, in 1936 via a fan letter he wrote (thinking she was a male colleague).
