His journey in entertainment began as a stand-up comedian in the 1980s and 1990s, when he performed across 12 states and brought his unique humor to audiences nationwide. Known for his fearless style and comedic flair, he wrote and starred in his one-man show, Locked, Cocked and Ready for a Spanking, which he performed in New York City's Greenwich Village, capturing the attention of fans and industry professionals alike.
Mondin's talents soon landed him as a regular sketch performer on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, where he became known for his memorable characters and on-screen charisma.
