Marcus Miller is a Grammy winning musician, composer, arranger and producer. With more than 200 film and television
credits as a musician and composer, he recently appeared in the hit documentary Luther: Never Too Much (2024) and Emmy winning documentary Miles Davis: Birth of the Cool (2019). Other work includes Sidney: son héritage (2022). Marcus scored the Oscar nominated film Marshall : La vérité sur l'affaire Spell (2017).
Marcus has also appeared in several television programs such as The 36th Annual Kennedy Center Honors (2013) and Quincy Jones: A musical celebration in Paris (2019), and documentaries including The Miles Davis Documentary (2021).
He hosts a weekly radio program on Real Jazz Sirius XM Radio every Sunday evening.
Marcus is a UNESCO Artist for Peace and serves as a spokesperson for the UNESCO Slave Route Project. He also serves on the Board of Directors of ASCAP.
