SOAKED IN BLEACH reveals the events behind Kurt Cobain's death as seen through the eyes of Tom Grant, the private investigator that was hired by Courtney Love in 1994 to track down her missing husband (Kurt Cobain) only days before his deceased body was found at their Seattle home. Cobain's death was ruled a suicide by the police (a reported self-inflicted gunshot wound), but doubts have circulated for twenty years as to the legitimacy of this ruling, especially due to the work of Mr. Grant, a former L.A. County Sheriff's detective, who did his own investigation and determined there was significant empirical and circumstantial evidence to conclude that foul play could very well have occurred. The film develops as a narrative mystery with cinematic re-creations, interviews with key experts and witnesses and the examination of official artifacts from the 1994 case.

Christian Meoli is an American actor/writer/producer who runs the acclaimed independent theaters known as Cinelounge. Originally from Philadelphia, he is one of three sons of Gennaro Meoli, a.k.a. Jerry Mayo, a shirtmaker turned trumpeter (died 2011) and Sandra Bandera Meoli (died 2004). He began his acting career in his early teens in regional theatre productions. With a strong acting education from the Performing Arts School and Stagedoor Manor, he appeared in dozens of plays on the East Coast. He attended Temple University on scholarship to study film directing.

In 1992, Meoli was cast as "Federico Aranda" in the Frank Marshall-directed Alive. He was next cast opposite Rory Cochrane, Kyra Sedgwick, and Ron Livingston in The Low Life (1995) and opposite Jon Favreau and Naomi Watts in Persons Unknown (1996). Meoli has produced over 100 projects via film/TV/live events plus numerous radio programs for the Pacifica Radio Network. In 2009, he wrote the book and lyrics, acted, produced and directed the underground theatre hit "Octomom the Musical", which garnered international press with its jolting parody hijinks. He has appeared in commercials for the likes of Fruit of the Loom, FEMA, Volkswagen, Olympus Camera, Microsoft, Time Warner, and Coors Light, among others.

In 2010, Meoli began Arena Cinema in the heart of Hollywood at the former Egyptian 2&3 location, where he exhibited thousands of new independent films. In 2016, Meoli built out a brand new state of the art 50 seat theater in the industry centric 6464 Sunset Blvd. building and rebranded to Cinelounge. Cinelounge was awarded Academy Qualifying status by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences and has qualified additional thousands of new and feature length films.

In 2022, Meoli married actress, director, producer Camilla Meoli. They have one daughter Minerva Meoli.
