  • Contrary to popular belief, she never played Catwoman on the series Batman (1966). Only Julie Newmar and Eartha Kitt did. She did, however, play Catwoman in the movie Batman (1966) and later played another character in two episodes of the series.

  • Her acting mentor was the late Buddy Ebsen.
  • Related to Meriwether Lewis, 19th century explorer and later governor of the Louisiana Territory.
