Marty McSorley began his NHL career with the Pittsburgh Penguins. Marty was born in 1963 in Hamilton, Ontario. He currently spends his offseasons in Cayuga, Ontario. His last amateur hockey club was the Belleville Bulls in the 1982-1983 hockey season. In 1985 Marty was traded from Pittsburgh to the Edmonton Oilers. Marty was one of the players traded to Los Angeles in the big Wayne Gretzky deal. Marty went back to Pittsburgh for a few months during the 94-95 season.
