How is that fair? It's not, which is something one learns early on watching "Toddlers & Tiaras."
As Max Mason, the middle-aged man who emcees and co-directs the Wild West Pageant points out, "If you wanna run with the big dogs, you've got to do what the big dogs do, which means the fake nails, the fake hair, the fake teeth. You've got to pay to play."
Which may just trump being on time. And so it...
