Mr. Mandelbaum currently teaches screenwriting at SUNY Purchase, the
prestigious theater school located in Westchester County, New York,
whose students have included Parker Posey ("Best In Show", "House of
Yes"), Sherry Stringfield ("ER"), Wesley Snipes, Edie Falco ("Carmela"
on "The Sopranos"), Hal Hartley (director of "Henry Fool", "Flirt"),
Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Donald Margulies, Josh Hartnett,
Chris Wedge (Disney's "Ice Age", Academy Award winner for "Bunny"),
Nick Gomez (writer for "The Sopranos" and "Crossing Jordan",
writer/director of "Laws of Gravity"), Steven Webber (TV's "Wings",
Broadway's "The Producers"), etc.
