D.J. MacHale has created, written, directed, and produced many award-winning television series and movies for young people including Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Flight 29 Down, and Disney's Tower of Terror, as well as many others. As an author he has written the bestselling series Pendragon - Journal of an Adventure Through Time and Space; the spooky Morpheus Road trilogy; and the sci-fi trilogy The SYLO Chronicles, along with several other titles. His latest publication is a collection of supernatural short stories and novellas for adults titled: Beyond Midnight - Seven Peculiar Tales of Mystery and Suspense.
