John Worth Lynn, Jr. is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in television production and animation. Serving as Vice President of Production at MTV Networks (1998-2002), he managed multi-million dollar budgets, developed innovative production processes, and expanded studio operations. Previously, as Supervising Producer for MTV Animation (1997-2002), he oversaw large-scale productions, supervised hundreds of employees, and managed multiple animated series.

His creative leadership extended to Producer/Creative Supervisor of Celebrity Deathmatch (1997-2002), where he pioneered MTV's first stop-motion production, and as Co-Producer and Sound Designer for Beavis & Butt-Head (1993-1997), shaping the show's distinctive audio identity. Additionally, he contributed to Daria (1995-2002) as Post Production Supervisor and Sound Designer and played a key role in the feature film Beavis & Butt-Head Do America (1996) as Sound Designer - Sound Director.

His diverse experience includes roles as Producer/Senior Producer for The Head (1994-1996), work on independent productions, and contributions to live-action MTV programming. His exceptional creativity and producer skills earned him a prestigious Annie Award nomination for Outstanding Individual Achievement, as well as nominations for Daytime and Primetime Emmy Awards. He was also honored with an ASCAP Award for his contributions to animation and sound design.
